Overview:

challenge where the whole group paint their own conference set or
backdrop for their own party”
What
an amazing achievement for your delegates to create a lasting image as a
backdrop to their own conference. The whole group will work together as
one big team to create a set mural depicting the company message.
How it
works:
We will create a set
design that depicts your conference and company message. We will then
give this design to the whole group who will recreate it onto giant
panels that will be fitted onto the main conference set. Each team will
have a different piece to complete. We will supply all the art materials
and guidance from our instructors. The group must communicate
effectively and work together to ensure that everything fits together to
create the perfect and professional set.
The Conference Set Structure:
We supply a basic
conference set structure including a screen, flats, stage and lectern.
We can also supply audiovisual equipment and lighting at an additional
cost.
