Office Art:
The Big Picture – £30

Team Focus: Learning
experience and collaboration.
We will come to your
office and bring with us all the equipment and expertise to help your
team create its own giant piece of art for the office. There is a choice
of designs and photographic images to replicate. This is a great art
challenge that brings the whole group together, working on one project.
The group is split into teams and each team is given a blue print of a
section of a photographic image or famous painting. The group must
enlarge this image on to the canvas provided and work with the other
teams to ensure the pieces will fit together at the end to create a
bright, bold and very modern painting. Perfect to brighten up any
office. |

Communication and co-operation.
Under
the guidance of our facilitator the group completes a series of team
building exercises where they must work together to complete the
challenges. Challenges introduce participants to various situations
relating to the work environment, such as ‘co-operation verses
competition’ and ‘the customer’. This initiative is excellent to begin a
discussion around the strengths and weaknesses of a competitive culture.
The power of these exercises rest not in the games themselves, but in
the debrief afterwards. The debrief must make the link back to issues
the participants are facing at work or the games are pretty much a waste
of time. The real value of team building comes alive when concrete
business problems get solved. |

Marooned:
The Survival Simulation

Marooned is a business game that creates a role-play simulation, which
actively demonstrates different levels and strengths of the team. A
pleasure cruise along the French Polynesian islands goes sour when your
group is stranded on a deserted, nameless island. The group is split
into smaller teams and their task is to rank the 10 action alternatives
that will best ensure the group's survival. Our facilitator will work
with the teams and guide them through the process revealing the results
and the team who create the best survival plan. |

Photo Mission:

A fun
packed and creative challenge for everyone! Teams have to create
photographs within a limited timescale and include certain items and
scenarios to earn points. The idea is to use as few photos as possible
and include as many items in one photo for maximum points. All our
cameras are digital and all photos are copies onto a CD for the company
to keep... or destroy! |

Treasure Trail:

Our
treasure trails are always a favourite with groups looking to do
something energetic and fun. It’s great exercise for the teams and it
gets everyone out and about away from the confines of a meeting room.
Our budget treasure trails include a basic trail for any location that
involves a scavenger hunt, hidden clues, photographic challenges with
quizzes and challenges along the way. |
